Office Assistant – FJ20200075

A reputed online service center located in Mangalore is looking for Office Assistant.

Qualification: Any Degree

Preferred: Experienced Female (Married or Single) Local residence.

Work Timings: 08:30 AM to 07:00 PM (10Hrs of Job)

Sunday working, weekly off would be given.

Salary Package: 8000/- to 15000/-

Process: First 2 months decided salary, on your work progress 3rd-month salary will be hiked Rs.500/- to 1000/- depending dedication towards the work.

Job Responsibilities: (Office and Shop)

  • Overall shop/office/rent house/building accounting
  • Account Ledger sheet updating
  • Complaints and Visitors book updating
  • Maintaining Documents, Records, Order list and filing/Digital Marketing
  • Everyday Checking the orders/maintaining (Manufacture and Exp. Date)
  • Product knowledge of the shop/Knowledge on online paying bills
  • Typing and Drafting: Bank/Application Letters/Resume/Job or any other related letters
  • Xerox/Scan/Agreements/Recharge/Tariff Plan updating/Real Estate/Ticket Booking
  • Adopting new things and learning/handling customers

Total knowledge on SEVA SINDHU APP and other Online APP will be an added advantage.
