We are looking for an Office Admin to handle our Online Service Center (Cyber) work and Website work.

Qualification: Graduate.

Only Female candidates can apply.

Experience in a relevant field will be preferred.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of computers is a must.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Knowledge of Govt Projects, Schemes, and facilities to the common public will be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Provides administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
  • Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database.
  • Creating blogs for websites.
  • To post jobs, assist candidates and employers to complete their profiles on the website and other website-related work.
  • Carries out administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, filing, typing, copying, Scanning, etc.
  • Manage the office operations, ensuring things run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Give exceptional customer service via phone and in-person to current and prospective clients.
  • Possibly maintain the company’s Social Media accounts.
  • Sourcing the data and update our database.
  • to perform other relevant duties when needed.

Salary: Negotiable

Working Hours: 9 Am to 6 pm

Work Location: B.C.Road – Bantwal
