We are looking for an Office Admin to handle our Online Service Center (Cyber) work and Website work.
Qualification: Graduate.
Only Female candidates can apply.
Experience in a relevant field will be preferred.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good knowledge of computers is a must.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Knowledge of Govt Projects, Schemes, and facilities to the common public will be an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
- Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database.
- Creating blogs for websites.
- To post jobs, assist candidates and employers to complete their profiles on the website and other website-related work.
- Carries out administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, filing, typing, copying, Scanning, etc.
- Manage the office operations, ensuring things run smoothly and efficiently.
- Give exceptional customer service via phone and in-person to current and prospective clients.
- Possibly maintain the company's Social Media accounts.
- Sourcing the data and update our database.
- to perform other relevant duties when needed.
Salary: Negotiable
Working Hours: 9 Am to 6 pm
Work Location: B.C.Road - Bantwal
