Office Manager cum Accountant – FJ20200081

A reputed company located at Mangalore is looking for an experienced Accountant who should also perform the role of an Office Manager who has:

  • Minimum of 2+ years working knowledge of Tally.
  • Minimum of 2+ years experience in executing day to day office tasks.

Qualification:  B. Com. degree or above

Male / Female both can apply.

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge of MS Office suite esp. Excel and Word
  • Well versed in Kannada, Hindi, and English
  • Understands GST well including refund process

Job Responsibilities:

  • Raise Invoices, Delivery Challan, Purchase Order, etc.
  • Update Tally on a periodic basis and generate reports as per requirement.
  • GST Filing.
  • Stock Maintenance.
  • Receive orders on Amazon and keep package(s) ready to ship.
  • Update customer profiles and information in the database.
  • Update and Follow up – suppliers, vendor/customer payment, etc.
  • Good English writing skills.
