We are looking for an Office Admin to handle our Online Service Center (Cyber) work and Website work.
Qualification: Graduate.
Only Female candidates can apply.
Experience in a relevant field will be preferred.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills.
Good knowledge of computers is a must.
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Knowledge of Govt Projects, Schemes, and facilities to the common public will be an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
Provides administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database.
Creating blogs for websites.
To post jobs, assist candidates and employers to complete their profiles on the website and other website-related work.
Carries out administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, filing, typing, copying, Scanning, etc.
Manage the office operations, ensuring things run smoothly and efficiently.
Give exceptional customer service via phone and in-person to current and prospective clients.
Possibly maintain the company's Social Media accounts.
Sourcing the data and update our database.
to perform other relevant duties when needed.
Salary: Negotiable
Working Hours: 9 Am to 6 pm
